Welcome to 11 Football! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to 11 Football. 11 Football operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with access to our football academy programmes, coaching services, merchandise, and related offerings (the "Services"). Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide e-commerce Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services — including registering for any academy programme, camp, or clinic — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy [LINK]. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.
Section 1 — Access and Account
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence. Where a participant is a minor (under 18 years of age), a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on their behalf and accepts full responsibility for the minor's participation in any 11 Football programme.
To use the Services, including registering for academy programmes, camps, or clinics, or purchasing merchandise, you may be asked to provide certain information such as your name, email address, billing, payment, and shipping information, and where applicable, information relating to a participating child (including date of birth, medical information, and emergency contact details). You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.
Section 2 — Our Products and Services
Merchandise We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online store. However, colours or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device settings. We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased will meet your expectations or be identical to how they appear online.
Academy Programmes, Camps & Clinics All programme descriptions, schedules, venues, and coaching personnel are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. 11 Football reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any academy programme, camp, or clinic due to insufficient enrolment, adverse weather, venue unavailability, or other circumstances outside our control. In the event of a cancellation by 11 Football, participants will be offered a full refund or a transfer to an alternative date where available.
We do not guarantee that participation in any 11 Football programme will result in a specific level of player development, selection for any team, or any other particular outcome.
Section 3 — Enrolment, Registration and Orders
Merchandise Orders When you place an order for merchandise, you are making an offer to purchase. 11 Football reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until 11 Football confirms acceptance and payment has been received.
Academy Programme & Camp Registration Registration for academy programmes, camps, and clinics constitutes a binding booking. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. 11 Football reserves the right to decline or cancel a registration where a programme is deemed unsuitable for a participant based on age, ability, or other relevant factors, in which case a full refund will be issued.
All purchases and registrations are subject to our Refund Policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that merchandise purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
Section 4 — Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order or registration is placed and will be set out in your confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling charges.
We may offer promotional discounts, early-bird pricing, or club discount codes from time to time. These are governed by their own terms and conditions. Where a conflict exists between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms will govern.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you provide is true and complete, (ii) you are duly authorised to use the payment method provided, and (iii) all charges incurred will be honoured.
Section 5 — Participant Welfare, Medical Information & Safeguarding
Medical Information By registering a participant in any 11 Football programme, you confirm that you have disclosed any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or other relevant health information that may affect the participant's ability to safely take part. 11 Football coaches are not medically trained professionals. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure the participant is fit to participate.
Safeguarding 11 Football is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all participants. All coaching staff hold valid Garda Vetting clearance and are trained in child safeguarding in accordance with Children First Act 2015 guidelines. Any safeguarding concerns should be reported immediately to our Designated Liaison Person (DLP) at darren@11football.com.
Photography & Video 11 Football and its appointed content partners (including coaches and approved photographers/videographers) may capture photographs and video footage during sessions for use in promotional materials, social media, and marketing. By registering a participant, you consent to this use unless you notify us in writing at darren@11football.com prior to the programme commencing. We will never share identifiable images of minors without parental consent.
Drop-off & Collection Parents and guardians are responsible for the safe drop-off and collection of participants at all venues. 11 Football accepts no responsibility for participants outside of scheduled session times.
Section 6 — Code of Conduct
All participants, parents, and guardians are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, other participants, and venue personnel at all times. 11 Football reserves the right to remove any participant from a programme without refund where their behaviour — or that of their parent or guardian — is deemed disruptive, abusive, or contrary to the values of 11 Football. This includes behaviour on-site, online, or in any communications directed at 11 Football staff.
Section 7 — Liability and Participation Risk
Participation in football activities involves an inherent risk of injury. By registering for any 11 Football programme, you acknowledge this risk and confirm that the participant is physically fit to take part. 11 Football, its coaches, and staff take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of participants but cannot accept liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our programmes, except where caused by our negligence.
All participants take part at their own risk. 11 Football holds appropriate public liability insurance, details of which are available on request.
Section 8 — Shipping and Delivery (Merchandise)
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
Section 9 — Intellectual Property
Our Services — including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, video, audio, training methodologies, session plans, and coaching materials — are owned by 11 Football or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent. The 11 Football name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of 11 Football. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
Section 10 — Optional Tools & Third-Party Links
You may be provided with access to tools or platforms offered by third parties (including booking systems, payment processors, or communication platforms). We neither monitor nor have control over these tools and provide access to them "as is" without any warranties. Any use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any third-party websites and are not liable for any harm arising from your access to them.
Section 11 — Relationship with Shopify
11 Football's online store is powered by Shopify. Any sales and purchases made in our store are made directly with 11 Football. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any transaction between you and 11 Football. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with 11 Football.
Section 12 — Privacy Policy
All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy [LINK]. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. Where participants are minors, the parent or guardian consents to the collection and processing of the participant's personal data as described therein.
Section 13 — Feedback
If you submit feedback, reviews, proposals, or other content, you grant 11 Football a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content for any purpose, including for commercial use. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to all feedback submitted, and that your feedback will not violate any third-party rights.
Section 14 — Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in programme descriptions, pricing, scheduling, or availability at any time without prior notice.
Section 15 — Prohibited Uses
You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services to engage in any unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity; infringe on our intellectual property rights; harass or harm our staff, coaches, or other participants; transmit spam or malicious code; or impersonate any person or entity.
You agree not to scrape, copy, or exploit any portion of the Services, or use any automated tools or AI agents to access the Services without our prior written consent.
Section 16 — Agents
This section applies if you use, allow, enable, or cause the deployment of an Agent to access, use, or interact with any Services. "Agent" means any software or service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of any person without direct supervision.
No Agent may access or interact with the Services unless it identifies itself in all HTTP/HTTPS requests and operates in strict accordance with our requirements. We may limit, by technical or other means, whether and how any Agent accesses the Services.
Section 17 — Termination
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Feedback, Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law will survive termination.
Section 18 — Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE. PARTICIPATION IN FOOTBALL ACTIVITIES CARRIES INHERENT RISK AND WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT PARTICIPATION WILL BE FREE FROM INJURY OR HARM.
Section 19 — Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 11 FOOTBALL, ITS PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, COACHES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY 11 FOOTBALL PROGRAMME, EXCEPT WHERE CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE OR WILFUL MISCONDUCT.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS SHALL LIMIT OR EXCLUDE OUR LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE IRISH LAW.
Section 20 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 11 Football and its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, coaches, agents, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your or your child's participation in any 11 Football programme where such claim arises from your actions or omissions.
Section 21 — Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. You and 11 Football consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts in respect of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
Section 22 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
Section 23 — Waiver; Entire Agreement
Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 11 Football governing your use of the Services.
Section 24 — Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We will notify you of any material changes in accordance with applicable law.
