Overview
At 11 Football, the majority of what we offer are non-physical products and services — including academy memberships, camp and clinic registrations, and session bookings. These require no shipping and will be confirmed via email upon successful registration and payment.
For the smaller range of physical merchandise we offer (such as training gear or branded products), the details below apply.
Non-Physical Products & Services
The following require no shipping and will be delivered digitally or in person:
- Academy memberships and subscriptions
- Camp and clinic registrations (including The Intensive Series)
- Session bookings and programme enrolments
- Gift cards or digital vouchers
Upon completing your purchase or registration, you will receive a confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive this within 24 hours. For any issues with your booking confirmation, contact us at darren@11football.com.
Collection at Sessions
Some physical items — such as merchandise, training equipment, or branded products — may be available for collection at your 11 Football academy session rather than posted to you. Where this option is available, it will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.
Collection is available at our venues including:
- National Indoor Arena, Sport Ireland Campus, Dublin 15
- Belgard Community Centre, Dublin 24
You will be notified in advance of when and where your item(s) will be available for collection. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Physical Merchandise — Postal Delivery
Where postal delivery is offered for physical merchandise, the following applies:
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–3 working days of payment being received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times We ship within the Republic of Ireland. Estimated delivery times are 3–5 working days from dispatch. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by An Post or other carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout prior to completing your purchase.
Risk of Loss Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at darren@11football.com and we will do our best to assist.
