Returns & Refund Policy
Academy Subscriptions
All academy subscription cancellations require 30 days' written notice. To cancel your subscription, please contact us at darren@11football.com with your cancellation request. Subscriptions cancelled without 30 days' notice will continue to be charged for the remaining notice period.
Camps & Clinics (including The Intensive Series)
We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy for camps and clinics is as follows:
- 28+ days before the event — Full 100% refund
- 14 days before the event — 50% refund
- Within 10 days of the event — No refund
Date changes can be accommodated up to 10 days before your booked session, subject to availability. To request a date change, contact us at darren@11football.com.
Merchandise Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products (such as special orders or embroidered items)
- Sale items or gift cards
Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging — along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
