Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Payment & Billing

Membership payments are processed on the 1st of each month and secure your child’s space for the month ahead (e.g. payment taken on 1st June covers membership for June).

2. Membership Tiers

• Elite Membership — €120/month: one chosen evening per week (Monday, Thursday, or Friday) at your chosen location (D15 or D24), 2 hours per session.
• Apex Membership — €180/month: two chosen evenings per week, 2 hours per session.

3. Space vs. Session

Membership secures your child’s space in the academy, not a specific session. Training continues to run as normal throughout the year, including during school holidays.

4. Monthly Variance

Some months contain 4 training dates for your chosen day; others contain 5 (typically 3 “5-week” months per year, per day). Membership fees remain the same regardless, so the additional sessions in 5-week months offset the odd missed session elsewhere in the year (e.g. around Christmas, holidays, or illness).

5. Missed Sessions

If you can’t attend your usual day, let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to offer an alternative session within the same month (e.g. swapping a missed Monday for a Thursday or Friday), subject to availability, so you get full use of your membership.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

30 days’ notice is required to cancel your membership. The notice period runs from the date we receive it, not from the end of the current month — so if notice is given mid-month, a pro-rata payment may be taken into the following month to cover the remainder of the 30-day period.

7. Age, Groups & Ability

The academy is open to children aged 7–17, grouped by age and ability. Group placement and movement between groups are at the discretion of the coaching team, based on ongoing assessment.

8. Injury & Long-Term Illness

If a child is unable to attend due to injury or illness expected to last beyond a month, we will pause membership payments for that period and hold the space. We may request supporting evidence (e.g. a medical note) in order to apply a pause.

9. Academy Kit

Academy kit is mandatory for all attendees, with an 8-week grace period from joining to purchase. Please note: orders take 2–3 weeks to arrive, so we’d recommend ordering early within that window.

10. Photography & Image Consent

By attending the academy, you consent to your child being included in photography/video content captured for promotional use (e.g. social media, marketing). If you do not wish for your child to be included, please contact us directly so we can manage this on an individual basis.

11. Session Cancellations by 11 Football

If a session is cancelled by us (e.g. due to weather or venue unavailability), the remedy depends on how many sessions for that day are cancelled within the same month:

• One session cancelled in the month (e.g. a single Monday at D15, a single Thursday at D15, or a single Friday at D24): an additional make-up session will be scheduled within 8 weeks for all affected members.
• Two or more sessions cancelled in the same month (e.g. two Mondays, two Thursdays, or two Fridays): rather than scheduling multiple make-up sessions, a pro-rata adjustment will instead be applied to the following month’s payment, reflecting the total number of sessions missed.

This applies consistently across both venues and all three training days (Monday/Thursday at D15, Friday at D24) — it is the number of cancellations for that specific day within the month that determines whether a make-up session or a pro-rata credit applies.

12. Non-Payment

If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times. If payment still cannot be secured, we’ll reach out directly to resolve it. If payment remains outstanding, the space may be released to another child on our waiting list.

13. Voluntary Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your membership, your space may be offered to another family. We cannot guarantee your space will be available should you wish to rejoin.

14. Pay-Per-Session Option

For those who prefer flexibility, a pay-per-session option is available. This costs more than the monthly membership but allows you to choose when, where, and how often you attend without a recurring commitment.

15. Member Perks & Benefits

Academy members enjoy a range of additional benefits, including:

• 30–50% off 11 Football intensive clinics and camps.
• Ongoing discounts on 11 Football branded apparel and merchandise.

16. Communication

All communication regarding sessions, cancellations, and updates is conducted via WhatsApp — each venue has its own dedicated WhatsApp group. For general queries, you can also reach us on 085 287 9381 or by email at darren@11football.com.

17. Code of Conduct

Parents and guardians are welcome to attend, watch, and view all sessions. We just ask that you don’t enter the training area before, during, or after sessions — coaches are always happy to chat with you about your child’s progress, questions, or concerns before or after training. We do not mind you entering to ask questions; however, when we are setting up or during sessions, we have noticed some parents drift onto the pitch, but they will need to stay on the outside perimeter of the pitch. If siblings are brought along, they’re welcome too, but we ask that they remain on the outside perimeter of the pitch and don’t enter the session area. This is to ensure the safety of all players, coaches, and visitors, and to meet our insurance requirements.

18. Liability & Insurance

11 Football holds appropriate insurance cover for all academy sessions. While we take all reasonable care to ensure a safe training environment, 11 Football is not liable for injuries sustained through normal participation in football activity.

These terms apply to all members of 11 Football and are accepted upon enrolment. 11 Football reserves the right to update these terms from time to time, with reasonable notice provided to members.
