Terms & Conditions — Intensive Clinics & Lab Experiences

Effective Date: Jan 2026     Applies To: All 11 Football Intensive Clinics (1-Day) and Lab Experiences (2-Day)

By booking and/or paying for any 11 Football programme, the participant (or parent/guardian if the participant is under 18) agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.

1. About 11 Football

11 Football is a position-specific football development academy, with programmes operating across Ireland. All bookings are made directly with 11 Football (trading as 11 Football).

2. Programme Types

Intensive Clinics (1-Day):

High-intensity, single-day training sessions focused on position-specific development. Programmes run on a fixed date and time at a designated location.

Lab Experiences (2-Day):

Two-day immersive development camps designed to give players an in-depth, structured experience across multiple sessions. Both days form a single booking unit.

3. Booking & Registration

• A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment and completion of all required registration forms.
• Incomplete registrations (missing medical information, consent forms, or contact details) will not be processed. 11 Football reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant whose registration is not complete prior to the programme start date.
• Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Places are not held without payment.
• You will receive a booking confirmation by email. It is your responsibility to ensure contact details provided are accurate.
• If you do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours of booking, please contact us at info@11football.com.

4. Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place, unless otherwise stated where a deposit option is available and the balance payment is due 30 days prior to the event.
• Accepted payment methods are as listed on the booking platform at time of purchase.
• All prices are listed in Euro (€)
• 11 Football reserves the right to update pricing at any time. The price applicable to your booking is that displayed at the time your payment is processed.
• In the event of a failed or declined payment, your place will not be reserved and the booking will not be confirmed.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@11football.com. The date of receipt of the written cancellation request will be used to determine the applicable refund. The following refund schedule applies to all programme types:

• Refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days of the cancellation being confirmed.
• Refunds will be returned to the original payment method only.
• For 2-Day Lab Experiences, the cancellation and refund policy applies to the booking as a whole. Partial refunds for individual days within a 2-day experience are not available.
• No refunds will be issued for participants who do not attend on the day without prior written notice.

6. Transfers & Deferrals

• Requests to transfer a booking to an alternative date or location must be made in writing to info@11football.com at least 14 days prior to the original programme date.
• Transfers are subject to availability and are offered at 11 Football's discretion.
• A maximum of one transfer per booking is permitted.
• Transfers requested within 14 days of the programme date will be treated as a cancellation and the standard refund policy will apply.
• Bookings may not be transferred to another individual.

7. Programme Changes & Cancellation by 11 Football

• 11 Football reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any programme due to insufficient enrolment, adverse weather, venue issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
• In the event of cancellation by 11 Football, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative available date.
• 11 Football will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by participants as a result of a programme cancellation or rescheduling (including travel, accommodation, or other expenses).
• 11 Football reserves the right to modify programme content, coaches, or structure where reasonably necessary, without obligation to issue a refund.

8. Medical & Health Information

• A completed medical information form is mandatory for all participants. This must be submitted prior to the programme start date.
• It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian (or participant if aged 18 or over) to disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or other health information that may affect the participant's ability to safely take part.
• 11 Football reserves the right to exclude any participant from activities where, in the reasonable opinion of the coaching staff, participation poses a risk to themselves or others.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate. 11 Football accepts no liability for injury arising from a pre-existing condition that was not disclosed.
• Basic first aid will be available on-site. In the event of a serious medical emergency, emergency services will be contacted.

9. Parental Consent & Supervision

• All participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian consent form completed prior to the programme date.
• For Intensive Clinics (1-Day) &  Lab Experiences (2-Day), participants under 16 must be dropped off and collected by a parent or guardian at the designated times. Early departure requires prior written consent.
• 11 Football staff hold valid Garda Vetting clearance in accordance with Irish child safeguarding requirements.
• 11 Football operates in compliance with our Child Safeguarding Statement, which is available on request.

10. Behaviour & Code of Conduct

• All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and fellow participants at all times.
• 11 Football reserves the right to remove any participant from a programme, without refund, in the event of behaviour deemed unsafe, abusive, or disruptive by coaching staff.
• Any damage caused to venues or equipment by a participant may be charged to the parent/guardian or participant.

11. Photography & Media

• 11 Football may capture photographs and video footage during programmes for use in marketing materials, social media, and promotional content.
• By completing registration, you consent to the use of such imagery unless you opt out in writing to info@11football.com prior to the programme date.
• Participants and parents/guardians are asked not to share images or footage of other participants on public platforms without their consent.

12. Liability

• Participation in 11 Football programmes involves physical activity and inherent risk of injury. Participants and parents/guardians accept this risk by booking.
• 11 Football's liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in its programmes is limited to the amount paid for the programme booking.
• 11 Football will not be liable for loss or damage to personal property brought to any programme.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Data Protection

• Personal data collected during the booking and registration process is used to administer your booking, communicate programme information, and ensure participant safety.
• Data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Irish data protection law.
• We do not share personal data with third parties except where required to deliver our services (e.g. venue partners) or where required by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
